UMRUT does not sell, rent, or share customer data for unrelated third-party marketing. Customer data stays within UMRUT-controlled systems and is used only for the purpose for which it was collected.

Your data stays close to the relationship you have with UMRUT.
UMRUT uses customer data to operate the store, protect accounts, fulfill orders, and communicate only where there is a clear transactional need or explicit consent.
How we use information
We use your mobile number, profile details, delivery address, order history, and support requests to sign you in, merge your cart, prepare checkout, fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain required operational or compliance records.
Limited operational sharing
We share customer data only when necessary to complete a customer-requested transaction or operate the store. Payment gateway partners receive the information needed to process payment. Shipment partners receive the information needed to deliver the order. Core infrastructure providers may process data only under UMRUT's operational control.
Consent-led communication
Transactional messages for OTP, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and account security may be sent as part of the service. Product updates, launch notes, or marketing messages are sent only where you have given explicit consent, and you can change those preferences from your account.
Your controls
You can update account details, manage saved addresses, change communication preferences, and submit privacy requests from the account area. UMRUT keeps consent evidence and request history so customer choices are auditable and respected.
Operational note
This privacy policy is written to match the current UMRUT architecture and should be reviewed before any new analytics, CRM, payment, shipping, or marketing provider is introduced.
Analytics and advertising choices
UMRUT uses essential technology for sign-in, security, cart, payment, delivery, support, and remembering your privacy choices. These functions remain available even when you decline optional analytics and advertising.
If you allow analytics, UMRUT and Google Analytics may measure visits, product views, cart and checkout steps, and completed or refunded purchases. If you allow advertising measurement or personalisation, Google Ads and Meta may also receive permitted campaign and conversion information to measure ads and build audiences.
If you separately allow contact matching for ads, your email address or Indian mobile number may be converted into a protected matching code before it is sent to an approved advertising provider. The provider uses that code to match a conversion to an account; UMRUT does not include your delivery address in advertising events.
Analytics, advertising measurement, contact matching, and personalised advertising are separate choices. You can change them at any time. Your current consent record uses policy version 2026-07-14-v1.
