These Terms of Service are effective from 14 July 2026 under version 2026-07-14-v1. They apply when you browse umrut.com, use a customer account, place an order, or ask UMRUT for support.

The UMRUT storefront is operated by UMRUT AROMATIC SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from its registered office at 42, Judges Enclave, Ahinsa Khand 2, Indirapuram, Shipra Sun City, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India - 201014. Customer care is available at hello@umrut.com and +919310212524.

By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy and Shipping & Product Support policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of making the purchase. If you are under 18, use the store only with a parent or legal guardian.

UMRUT accounts use an Indian mobile number and one-time verification codes. Keep your device and OTP secure, do not impersonate another person, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. Check that your profile, delivery address, and contact details are accurate before ordering.

We work to keep product names, photographs, ingredients, dimensions, burn-time ranges, pack contents, prices, taxes, and availability accurate. Fragrance perception varies, and screen colours or packaging appearance may differ slightly. Read the product page together with the delivered pack, and contact UMRUT if any material information appears incorrect.

Prices and order totals are shown in Indian rupees. Before payment, checkout shows the applicable discounts, included taxes, delivery charge, and final amount. Payment is processed through the method selected at checkout. An incomplete or failed payment does not create a confirmed order.

An order is confirmed after successful payment and when the storefront shows a confirmed order status. UMRUT may reject or cancel an order before dispatch if stock is unavailable, the address is invalid or unserviceable, payment or pricing information is erroneous, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfilment would be unlawful or impracticable.

Orders are delivered only to serviceable addresses in India. Serviceability, delivery charge, courier availability, and an estimated delivery window are calculated for the current order. Estimates are not guarantees. An inaccurate address or unavailable recipient may lead to delay, a delivery reattempt, or return to origin.

Submit a cancellation request as early as possible from your order page or through customer care. Every request is reviewed against the shipment's current state. Cancellation may no longer be possible after the order has been booked with a courier, dispatched, or delivered.

Because dhoop is a sacred aromatic product intended for personal use, UMRUT does not accept change-of-mind, mistaken-order, opened-product, used-product, or fragrance-preference returns after delivery. You may report an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially not as described, or materially later than a stated delivery schedule. UMRUT will review the facts and communicate an appropriate outcome. Nothing in these terms limits remedies available under applicable consumer law.

When a cancellation or product concern results in an approved refund, UMRUT processes it to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you. The payment provider and your bank determine when the credit appears. Delivery charges are included only where the approved resolution or applicable law requires it.

Dhoop is not for consumption. Follow the directions on the delivered pack, use a stable heat-resistant holder in a well-ventilated space, keep burning material away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable items, and never leave it unattended. Stop use if smoke or fragrance causes discomfort. References to mood, ritual, or atmosphere are not medical advice or health claims.

Do not interfere with storefront security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, abuse promotions, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, or use UMRUT services for unlawful activity. We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or legal rights.

UMRUT names, logos, product presentation, photographs, text, and website design are owned by or licensed to UMRUT. You may use the storefront for personal shopping but may not copy, sell, publish, or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except where the law permits.

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be prevented. To the extent permitted by law, UMRUT is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Privacy Policy explains what information UMRUT collects, why it is used, which service providers may process it, and how to exercise privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising processing follows the choices you make in the privacy panel and can be changed later.

We may update these terms when the storefront, fulfilment process, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. A later update does not remove rights that already apply to a confirmed order.
